The PSU does have a light coil whine. Tested and fully functional. The PSU is in overall good condition, but may show some scratches and signs of use (please see pictures). The PSU comes with retail accessories, except for the user pamphlets/manual, and comes with everything seen in the photos. If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
