There is a slight high pitched sound with the PSU. Other than this the PSU has been tested and is fully functional, and is in used-good condition. The PSU comes with retail accessories, except for the user pamphlets/safety information, and comes with everything seen in the photos (please see pictures). If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
