These power supplies work great! Used on mining rigs for several months until the ETH split. No issues at all. Kept indoors in a climate controlled room pet and smoke free. I do not have the box for these as the boxes took up too much space to store them – I had 18 full sized rigs going at once. All cables come with the power supply as shown. The photo does not show the power cord but it is included.
